Valley Oaks is proud to be one of the schools in the Sacramento area to partner with Runnin' for Rhett.
Christine Neal along with 50 Stinger Bee students are participating in this year's program! Students participating in the program train after school, twice a week for 5-weeks, coached by Christine Neal. The participants receive a baby blue Runnin' for Rhett cotton t-shirt and a free entry into the race in November. All finishers get an actual race medal! It's pretty cool looking!

Please join us November 2nd for "Run Because You Can" - a 5K and 10K Run or Walk and Kids' Fun Runs presented by local non-profit, Runnin' for Rhett. It will be a morning filled with inspiration and smiles; an opportunity to accomplish goals; a day that encourages you to get up off the couch and get moving into life; and lastly a fundraiser for our continued efforts to promote fitness among our community's children.
